Questions We Get Before the First Visit
Send the form or message us on WhatsApp with the room, the building type and roughly when you'd like to begin. We reply within one business day and book a walkthrough. At the walkthrough we measure, photograph and talk budget honestly — including telling you if what you want costs more than you were hoping.
It depends on the municipality and the scope, so we would rather tell you the real window for your address than a number that turns out to be wrong. Ask us and we will walk you through it.
Most of our work is exactly that. It means building-approved work hours, elevator and hallway protection, a debris route agreed with management, and a crew that cleans at the end of every day because your neighbours are watching. We handle the board package as part of the job.
Plenty of our clients are somewhere else for most of the project. You get the weekly photo log, video calls at the decision points, and a materials schedule you can approve from anywhere. Several remodels have been signed off entirely from another state.
