3D property scanning by Bronze Remodeling in Miami

3D Property Scanning in Miami

The whole property captured to the millimetre: as-built plans, a 360° walkthrough and CAD files you can build from.

Most Remodeling Arguments Are Really Disagreements About Measurements

Someone measured a wall with a tape two years ago and wrote it down wrong, and now the cabinetry does not fit and everyone is looking for the drawing that says whose fault it is.

A scan removes that whole category of problem. We capture the building as it actually stands — every room, every ceiling height, every out-of-square wall — and hand you as-built plans, a navigable 360° tour and files that open in CAD, DWG or Revit.

It is the first thing we do on a complicated remodel. It is also sold on its own: architects working remotely, designers specifying from another city, agents who want a real walkthrough, and adjusters documenting a property before or after a loss.

How we run a project

What a Scan Delivers

Written into the contract, item by item, before you pay a deposit. If something here does not apply to your job we take it out and the price comes down.

  • On-site capture of the full property, interior and exterior
  • Dimensioned as-built floor plans
  • Navigable 360° virtual walkthrough
  • Point cloud and mesh files
  • CAD, DWG and Revit-compatible exports
  • Measurable ceiling heights and openings
  • Documentation of existing conditions before demolition
  • A single shareable link for everyone on the project

How the Work Runs

01

Book the Capture

Most properties are captured in a single visit. We work around occupancy and, in condos, around building access rules.

02

Capture

Room by room, including the awkward spaces that tape measures skip — closets, soffits, mechanical rooms.

03

Processing

The scan is registered and cleaned, and the plans are drawn from it rather than sketched alongside it.

04

Delivery

Plans, tour link and the file formats your architect or designer asked for, in one package.

What Owners Say When the Dust Settles

Three reviews, not thirty. We publish the specific ones — what went right, what got fixed, and how long it took.

We were in New Jersey for most of the build. Every Friday a photo log landed in WhatsApp, and the invoice matched the scope line for line. The cabinet supplier ran two weeks late and Bronze told us the day it happened instead of the week after.
Daniela R. Condo · Aventura
Our building has a strict renovation window and a board that asks for everything twice. Bronze handled the submittal, the elevator protection and the debris plan. The crew showed up at eight and the hallway was clean every single evening.
Marcos V. Primary bath · Pembroke Pines
Four stars and I'll say why: the tile we chose was discontinued mid-job and the substitution cost us a week. What I'll give them is that nobody hid it. They brought three alternates the next morning and ate the difference on labour.

Questions We Get About This

Architects and interior designers who need reliable as-builts, real estate agents who want a walkthrough that is actually navigable, insurance adjusters documenting condition, and owners of older buildings with no surviving drawings.

Accurate enough to order cabinetry and stone from. Far more reliable than a tape measure and a sketch, which is the alternative on most remodels.

A condo is usually under two hours. A large single-family house with grounds can take most of a day. We give you a window when you book.

It depends on the size of the property, the number of scans and which file formats you need. Tell us the address and what you need it for and we will quote it — and if the scan leads to a remodel with us, it comes off the project.
