Almost Every Job We Get Comes from Somebody's Neighbour
Which is the only marketing that works in this trade. A stranger's five-star review means very little. Your neighbour saying "they showed up every day and cleaned up after themselves" means everything.
So instead of spending that budget on ads, we pay it to the people actually doing the recommending. If you send us work, you get a share of it — and we would rather that be an explicit, written arrangement than an awkward gift card at the end.
What You Get
Scaled to the size of the project, because a powder room and a whole-home remodel are not the same favour.

How It Works
Tell Us Who
Send us their name through the form below, or just introduce us in a WhatsApp message. Either counts.
We Confirm It in Writing
Same day, so there is a record of who referred whom before any conversation about money.
They Sign and Pay a Deposit
The referral is earned at that point — not at completion, so you are not waiting on somebody else's project.
We Pay You
Within fifteen days of their deposit clearing, by check or transfer, whichever you prefer.
The Small Print, in Plain Words
- No cap on how many. Refer four neighbours, earn four times.
- No expiry. If they call us eight months later and mention your name, it still counts.
- You do not have to be a client. Realtors, designers, property managers and building staff are all welcome.
- The referral must come before we meet them. We cannot pay for someone already in our pipeline — and we will tell you straight away if that is the case.
- Nothing is deducted from their price. Their quote is the same whether you referred them or they found us on Google.
- Payments over $600 in a year are reportable. We will ask for a W-9. That is IRS rules, not fine print we invented.
One thing we will not do: pay for a referral to somebody we then cannot help. If their project is outside what we do well, we will say so and point them somewhere better. That is worth more to your reputation than a check.
